Fair Harbor / Designer, Women’s Apparel (Knits, Wovens, Loungewear, & Swim)

Sept. 2024 — May 2025

  • Owned the creative direction of the women’s line from concept through production, defining the seasonal vision, customer point of view, and product strategy to deliver elevated collections aligned with brand identity. 

  • Directed concept development across color, print, and sustainable fabric sourcing, collaborating with the Design VP and CEO to align seasonal concepts with the overall creative vision. 

  • Oversaw silhouette and fit across all women’s categories, partnering with technical design and overseas teams to refine construction details and maintain fit consistency.

Swim USA, Ralph Lauren / Designer, Women’s Swim & Beachwear

Oct. 2020 — Sept. 2024

  • Directed Polo Ralph Lauren swimwear and beachwear design, introducing new silhouettes and developing custom fabrics, embroidery layouts, and signature logo trims shaped by brand heritage and market research. 

  • Created and launched a core essentials line and engineered print program that became one of the brand’s top-selling categories season over season. 

  • Managed and mentored an Assistant Designer, delegating projects and improving the quality and efficiency of design execution. 

Gap / Assistant Designer, Women’s Cut & Sew Knits

Sept. 2018 — May 2020

  • Supported seasonal collections across core and fashion knits, contributing to trend research, fabric innovation, and silhouette development. 

  • Created and maintained detailed tech packs and BOMs; implemented organizational systems adopted teamwide to improve workflow efficiency. 

  • Collaborated with merchandising on seasonal line planning, assisted technical design with sketch updates, and coordinated with production to track vendor development.

Priscavera / Design & Production Assistant, Collection

Feb 2018 — Sept. 2018

  • Supported the creative director across all phases of the design process, from initial concepts to final fittings. 

  • Sourced fabrics and trims, and worked with NYC factories on pattern development, grading, and quality control. 

  • Assisted with runway shows, photo shoots, and on-site styling for special projects.
