  • Defined and led the vision for the women’s line, establishing brand identity, customer perspective, and seasonal assortment strategy across all women’s apparel categories.

  • Oversaw concept development and execution by driving graphic and print direction, sourcing vintage references, and curating sustainable fabrics to build new programs and key items. 

  • Led fit sessions and partnered with technical team to refine silhouette, construction details, and fit to ensure each style met brand standards.

  • Collaborated cross-functionally to support the men’s and kids’ lines selecting prints, creating sketches, CADs, and comprehensive tech packs to create a cohesive collection across all categories.

Women’s Swim & Beachwear

  • Developed seasonal designs and concepts through market research, trend analysis, and created prints and new styles specific to each brand.

  • Collaborated with pattern makers, sample makers, and tech designers to ensure proper fit and construction from prototype to final production.

  • Created detailed sketches, technical drawings, and 3D renderings to communicate concepts to overseas factories and team members.

  • Partnered with marketing and merchandising teams to develop brand-aligned assets such as lookbooks, line sheets, and promotional visuals that supported product story telling.

  • Created line sheet template implemented across all women’s categories and oversaw all organizational charts and BOMs.

  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams including merchandising and production to ensure design integrity and maintain product deliveries. 

  • Conducted trend research, analyzing market preferences and target audience in collaboration with concept teams. 

  • Prepared and created detailed technical sketches, tech packs, and specifications for garment construction.

  • Worked directly with local manufacturers and suppliers to source materials, monitor quality control, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Created custom hand-drawn chainstitch embroidery and implemented custom design elements such as distressing and patchwork.

  • Fit, measured, and altered denim garments to client’s specifications

  • Executed alterations, such as hemming, tapering, and reconstructing denim garments.
